ThermoDyne International GmbH is an innovative technology company, founded by seven former top managers from major industries and professors at international universities, focusing on environmentally friendly hydrogen technologies for comfortable mobility and sustainable building technology.

For our new company headquarters, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Executive Assistant to the Management to support our Senior Chief Scientist with organization and IT.

Responsibilities:

• Support of the founder and Chief Scientist and the CEO in all administrative and organizational matters
• Draft and prepare documents, emails, and presentations
• Communicate in German and English (Chinese is a plus)
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and research tasks
• General office and project assistance

Requirements:

• Excellent German and English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, PDF tools, online collaboration platforms)
• Reliable, precise, and independent working style
• Friendly, discreet, and organized personality
• Ideal position for students or experienced professionals (e.g., retirees)
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
